I authorise Fix It Max to carry out diagnostics and/or repairs on the device listed above.

Data Disclaimer

I understand that repairs may result in loss of data. I confirm that I have backed up my device and accept that Fix It Max is not responsible for any data loss.

Pre-Existing Damage

I acknowledge that my device may have pre-existing faults or damage, including but not limited to:

• Cracks
• Water damage
• Weak components

These may not be visible until repair work begins.

Liquid Damage

I understand that liquid-damaged devices carry no guarantee and may fail at any time, even after successful repair.

Parts & Warranty

• Replacement parts may be OEM or high-quality compatible parts unless otherwise agreed.
• Warranty covers replacement parts only, not accidental damage, liquid damage, or unrelated faults.
• Warranty is void if the device is opened by a third party after repair.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless agreed otherwise.

Liability Limitation

Fix It Max is not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Further faults caused by pre-existing damage
• Manufacturer defects
• Future component failure
